Limited Warranty

The Ion Bath Platinum Edition is warranted to be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years for parts, labor. The battery is warranted for 6 months.

The warranty Does Not cover instances involving or damages resulting from:

• Accident, misuse or abuse
• Lack of responsible care
• Use of an unapproved battery charger
• Alteration or disassembly
• Loss of parts
• Exposure to the elements

ARRAYS

If you believe you have a defective array, please contact us first, toll free at (888) 900-2644, to review the performance of the array.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The Ion Bath Platinum Edition carries a 30 day money back guarantee less 10% re-stocking fee and the cost of the 2 arrays.
• Freight associated with the return of the unit is the responsibility of the end user.
• This refund will be credited back to the credit card you used to purchase the unit or if you paid by check, a refund check will be issued.
• The refund will not be created until we have received the unit back and it has been examined for any damage or abuse. Any damages or abuses observed by CNGI Inc. will be notified to you prior to the refund.

If you need to ship the unit back to us, please do the following:

• Please return all items to avoid being charged for missing pieces (except for the arrays)
• Please send back in the original packaging if available. If
• the original packaging is not available, please ensure that you package securely to avoid damage.
• Please include a note with your name, address, and telephone number/s and an email address as an alternative contact method.
• Please describe the reason you are returning the product.
• We will contact you when we have received the unit.
